Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Return and Cancellation Policy applies to lifestyle coaching services and consultations purchased through Straininglivingi. Because our offerings are service-based rather than physical products, standard product return procedures do not apply. This policy outlines cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms.

2. Introductory Consultation ($95)

You may cancel or reschedule your introductory consultation at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session fee. If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Four-Week Rhythm Plan ($320)

Enrollment in the Four-Week Rhythm Plan may be cancelled within 7 days of payment for a full refund, provided no coaching sessions have been conducted. After the first session, partial refunds may be issued on a prorated basis for unused sessions, minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to help@straininglivingi.world.

4. Twelve-Week Deep Alignment ($780)

Cancellation within 7 days of enrollment and before the first session qualifies for a full refund. After services begin, unused sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis at the per-session rate, minus a $75 administrative fee. Refund calculations are based on completed sessions at the time of cancellation request.

5. Rescheduling

Individual session rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours advance notice. One reschedule per session is included at no charge. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being counted as completed.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Service Interruptions

If we are unable to continue providing services due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a prorated refund for all remaining unused sessions or the option to transfer to an alternative coach if available.

8. Non-Refundable Items

Written session summaries, journal access logs, and completed coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Administrative fees described above are non-refundable.

9. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or wish to discuss a refund outside the terms above, contact us at help@straininglivingi.world. We will review each request individually and respond within 5 business days.
